Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the AiParse service provided by Pinocch AI. By accessing or utilizing the AiParse service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you must not access or use the service.
These Terms establish a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Pinocch AI, a company registered in Hong Kong ("Pinocch AI", "we", "us", or "our"). This agreement governs your use of the AiParse service, including its website and API ("Service").
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by updating the Terms on our website or through other reasonable methods. Continued use of the Service after such changes signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.
AiParse is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that processes documents in different formats. Users can upload documents, manage their accounts and credits, track the status of processing tasks, and utilize an API for integration with other applications. The Service returns processed data in JSON and Markdown formats.
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update this information as necessary to keep it accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or breach of your account.
Purchasing Credits: Access to the AiParse Service requires purchasing credits; a minimum purchase amount applies.
Credit Validity: Purchased credits are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Usage and Refunds: The cost of processing a document will be displayed in credits prior to initiating the task. If a processing task fails, the corresponding credits will be automatically refunded to your account after approximately 30 minutes.
Payment Processing: All transactions are handled securely through third-party payment processors.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that the documents you upload do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others. By using the Service, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
Malicious Activities: Uploading files containing viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems.
Intellectual Property Infringement: Using the Service to violate the intellectual property rights of others.
Spam and Unsolicited Communications: Transmitting spam or other unsolicited messages.
Service Disruption: Interfering with or disrupting the operation of the Service.
Legal Violations: Using the Service in ways that violate applicable laws or regulations.
Ownership: The AiParse Service, including all original content, features, and functionality, is the exclusive property of Pinocch AI and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress cannot be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
User Content: You retain ownership of the documents you upload. By uploading documents, you grant Pinocch AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process and store your documents solely to provide the Service to you.
Pinocch AI respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed, please contact us at service@pinocch.com with a detailed description of the alleged infringement.
Our Service relies on third-party providers to operate effectively, including AI model providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Service). We are not responsible for any actions, failures, or interruptions caused by these third parties. While we strive to select reliable providers and maintain agreements that ensure high-quality service, unforeseen issues with third-party services may affect the performance or availability of AiParse.
The AiParse Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Pinocch AI does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We also do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the processed data (JSON and Markdown files).
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pinocch AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
a) Your use or inability to use the Service;
b) Unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
c) Interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service;
d) Transmission of viruses, trojan horses, or other harmful components through the Service by any third party;
e) Errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content provided through the Service;
f) Failures or discontinuation of third-party services, including AI model providers and cloud service providers.
In no event shall Pinocch AI's total liability for all claims exceed the amount you paid to Pinocch AI in the twelve (12) months preceding the event that gave rise to the liability.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pinocch AI and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or related to:
a) Your access to or use of the Service;
b) Your violation of these Terms;
c) Your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity;
d) Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Should we elect to terminate your access, any remaining credit balance in your account will be refunded to you in a timely manner. All provisions of these Terms that, by their nature, should survive termination will remain in effect, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, excluding its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

The Service is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
